Zoo Trip!

I felt like a little kid on Christmas when I found out we were going to the zoo, I know that sounds pretty pathetic but it had probably been 5 years since I'd been last. I tried talking Kyle into going for the past 2 years but he said "Once we have a kid then we can." Yes, I finally have an excuse to go now :) It was so much fun! The elephants were being funny.. one of them kept picking up sticks and throwing them with its trunk and the little baby elephant was running around everywhere. The monkeys were really active and so were the gorillas and the rest of the animals were awake as well. I was a little sad that the tigers were sleeping but overall it was a fun day!

Nash Rolled Over :)

Nash couldn't stand tummy time for the first couple months and now he just started liking it. Today he rolled over at 3 1/2 months old! I missed the first time he did it because I put him on his tummy and a minute later I come over and he was on his back. But just to make sure it was real I put him back on his tummy and he rolled over again :) Yay for Nash!

First Time Skiing!

So I can officially call myself a Utahn :) For the first time in my whole life I went skiing.. How is it that Kyle from sunny Arizona grew up skiing while I live in Utah and haven't gone once? So Kyle and I went to the Canyons ski resort (that place is HUGE). I had some pretty good crashes, one of them my ski went straight up in the air and I ended up with my arm pinned behind my back, Kyle had a good time watching me lol But he was a good coach! After a couple good crashes I got the hang of it and it was actually really fun, I would definitely go again.
