Nash's Blessing

We had a houseful on the week of Nash's blessing, Kyle's family stayed over for the week. There were 11 people including me, Kyle, and Nash, needless to say it was a little crazy! Not only was it Nash's blessing but Casey and Sydney got married also so it was an eventful week. I think everyone was still in the wrestling mode from the week before so we had a couple wrestling matches: Kyle beat Win but was dying by the end, TC and Win also went at it, Me and Camille had a match and I ended up getting pinned (we'll have to have another rematch ;) and then Me, Desiree, and Camille thought we could take Win down altogether but I guess we were wrong! We went sledding at Petetneet hill on Friday and had lots of fun. Win, Tommy, and Kyle were snowboarding and made a jump that they were going off of. Kyle had a couple crashes on the snowboard and is definitely sore. I tried going down the hill on the snowboard a couple times and it scared me half to death, I don't know if Im the snowboarding type I think I'll stick to snowmobiling!

Kyle did a really good job with blessing Nash and Nash was such a good baby that whole morning and during sacrament. We went to my parents house afterwards and had a good lunch with lots of family and friends and enjoyed each others company.

State Wrestling

The weekend before Valentines Day we went to Arizona to watch State wrestling (that's always Kyle's Valentines present every year ;). This was Nash's first vacation at 6 weeks and a couple days old. We had lots of fun watching Win wrestle and having fun with the Wrights! I swear Nash was a better baby on vacation then at home, I guess he wasn't as bored with all the exciting things going on.

Nash Oliver Wright

We had a new little addition to the Wright family on December 27th, 2010. Nash weighed 7 pounds 4 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long. He is such a joy in our lives and we are excited to be parents! Truthfully I never realized how hard parenting would be, not getting much sleep and trying to figure out why he is crying (after feeding him, changing a poopy diaper, rocking him) I wish I could just read his mind. But the good definitely out weigh the bad!

Kyle and I found out that Nash's favorite things to do are listening to music (especially Alan Jackson), having us run up the stairs w/ him, and staring up at lights. He has been smiling alot lately it's so adorable! He has a little side smile that he does a lot and then when he's really happy he'll give us a big grin :)

Kyle saw Nash roll over a couple weeks ago but hasn't done it since, we'll see when he does it next.
