I felt like a little kid on Christmas when I found out we were going to the zoo, I know that sounds pretty pathetic but it had probably been 5 years since I'd been last. I tried talking Kyle into going for the past 2 years but he said "Once we have a kid then we can." Yes, I finally have an excuse to go now :) It was so much fun! The elephants were being funny.. one of them kept picking up sticks and throwing them with its trunk and the little baby elephant was running around everywhere. The monkeys were really active and so were the gorillas and the rest of the animals were awake as well. I was a little sad that the tigers were sleeping but overall it was a fun day!
